Help me. I am lost in life.
Answer: Understand Who You Are
The reason you are lost is that you do not know who you are. Because you are misidentifying yourself with the gross bag of material elements known as the material body you are sure and certain to be bewildered. The way out of your bewilderment is to understand that you are not your body, that you are instead an eternal spirit-soul servitor of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Sri Krishna. With this understanding you should seriously adopt the path of devotional service to Lord Sri Krishna under the guidance of the bona fide spiritual master. In this way all of your problems will be solved, and you will become one of the happiest, most intelligent people in the whole universe.
